                                          ORDER

1. Proceedings in this contempt petition have been initiated for

non-compliance of judgment dated 07.05.2018 passed in OWP No.

65/2003.

2. Counsel for the respondents in the statement of facts submits

that operation of the judgment impugned dated 07.05.2018 has been

stayed by the Hon'ble Division Bench in LPA No. 70/2019 filed by the

Jammu Development Authority.

3. In view of the order staying the impugned judgment, no

further proceedings in this contempt petition would lie.

4. Accordingly, proceedings in this contempt petition are closed.

However, the petitioners are at liberty to revive the same, if cause

survives.
