This is an application filed by the applicant seeking condonation of
delay in filing the acquittal appeal against the judgment dated 12.04.2016 passed
by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rajouri.
For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The
delay in filing the appeal is condoned.
Application is, accordingly, disposed of.

We have gone through the judgment passed by the learned trial court
and it is not that the prosecution witnesses have turned hostile, rather, the
evidence led by the prosecution is required to be appreciated by this Court, as
such, we are granting leave to the applicant to file the appeal.
Application is, accordingly, disposed of.
