This is an application filed by the petitioner for substitution of new
incumbents, the details whereof is given in para 3 of the application, as party
respondents in the contempt petition. It is submitted therein that during the
pendency of contempt petition, the new incumbents have taken over and they
too have failed to comply with the judgment passed by this Court.
The application for the reasons stated therein is allowed. The new
incumbents names whereof are mentioned in para 3 of the applications are
impleaded as party respondents. Petitioner to submit fresh Memo of Parties in
the Registry of this Court within two weeks.
Application disposed of.
