Notice.
Mr. Mohd. Arshad Chowdhary, learned counsel accepts notice on
behalf of the respondent who seeks some time to file objections. Let the same be
filed by or before the next date of hearing.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that despite the
direction issued by this Court in terms of order/judgment dated 02.02.2018
passed in petition under Section 104 No.99/2015 to learned Principal Judge
Family Court, Jammu, the Court below has not decided the petition filed under
Section 25 of the Guardian and Wards Act.
Be that as it may, learned Principal Judge Family Court, Jammu is
directed to report why the petition filed under Section 25 of the Guardian and
Wards Act has not been decided within the time frame given by this Court.
List on 11.05.2022.
Registry is directed to forward a copy of this order to learned Principal
Judge Family Court, Jammu for compliance.
