The petitioners have not been refunded the amount as per the judgment and order dated 10th July 2019 of the Division Bench.

The amount has to be refunded by the Srinagar Municipal Corporation.

Mr Moomin Khan, learned standing counsel appearing for the Srinagar Municipal Corporation prays for and is allowed three weeks' time for filing the statement of facts.
