                                                      ORDER

The petitioner has impugned the order dated 04.03.2014 passed by

the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jammu by virtue of which, SHO, Police

Station, Domana has been directed to register and investigate the case under

law.

In view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in case titled

"HDFC Securities Limited and others vs. State of Maharashtra and

another" reported in (2017) 1 SCC 640, the present petition is not

maintainable, as such, the same is dismissed.
