Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the
judgment passed by this Court on 12th October 2017, in SWP No.
2086/2017, is not complied with and therefore, the contempt.
On being confronted with the delay in filing this contempt petition,
learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this case was
under consideration of the respondents and the latest communication in
this regard was issued by the department of Health & Medical Education on
17th July 2019, and it was only after the Principal, Government Medical
College, failed to comply with the directive of the administrative
department, the petitioner was constrained to file the instant petition.
Considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the
petitioner and perused the material on record.
Issue notice to the respondents returnable within four weeks.
Requisite steps for service within one week.
