Coram: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD CHATTERJI KOUL, JUDGE
ORDER
Incumbents against whom instant petition has been filed, might have
retired or been transferred to some other offices. In such circumstances, keeping
contempt petition pending would serve no advantageous purpose.
In the above backdrop, contempt petition is closed. However, petitioners
shall be free to approach the incumbents in offices with a copy of the
order/judgment, with respect whereof instant petition has been filed, for its
implementation, unless already complied with. It is made clear here that in the
event petitioners feel unsatisfied qua implementation of the directions of this
Court, petitioners shall be free to file appropriate proceedings for compliance
thereof in accordance with law.
Contempt petition is, accordingly, closed.
