ORDER
Learned counsel for the respondents, on instructions from the appearing respondents, submits that the judgment dated 13.02.2009 passed in SWP No. 1471/2007 has been complied with and the family pension in favour of the petitioner sanctioned in the year 2011 itself. It is further submitted that petitioner No.1 has died and till her death, she had been receiving the family pension.
Statement made by learned counsel for the respondents is taken on record.
Accordingly, the contempt proceedings in this contempt petition are closed, leaving it open to the petitioners to approach this Court again in case the statement made by learned counsel for the respondents is not found to be correct or some grievance of the petitioners still remains un-redressed.
