                                  ORDER

Petitioners' have initiated the contempt proceeding for non-

compliance of the order dated 27.07.2017 passed in SWP No. 1691 of

2017 vide which, writ petition was disposed of in terms of judgment

passed in SWP No. 809 of 2001.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that judgment passed in

aforementioned case was challenged before the Hon'ble Supreme Court

and the Hon'ble Supreme Court in case titled State of J&K and ors. vs.

Provincial Power Employees Union & ors. [Special Leave to Appeal (C)]

No. 2952 of 2019 vide order dated 31.01.2019 stayed the same.

In view of the aforesaid, proceedings in this contempt petition are

closed, the petitioners are at liberty to revive the same after the decision of

the SLP.
