                                  ORDER

The proceedings in this contempt petition has been initiated for

non-compliance of judgment/order dated 26.05.2017. The writ petition

was disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to consider the

claim of the petitioner for promotion to the post of Junior Assistant.

The respondents in their compliance report have submitted that

they have complied with the order of this Court and passed a speaking

order dated 08.02.2021 vide which they have considered the case of the

petitioner and found that the petitioner does not fall within an ambit of

SRO 180 dated 26.05.1997, as such, the case of the petitioner has been

rejected.

In view of the aforesaid, judgment/order of this Court stands

complied with. The proceedings in this contempt petition are accordingly

closed.
