Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the judgment is in the

process of being implemented and as a matter of fact, opinion from the Law

Department has been received in the matter and the respondent-Director,

SKIMS is to pass appropriate orders in compliance to the judgment. Let a

fresh compliance report in this regard be filed by next date of hearing. It is

made clear that in case, fresh compliance report is not filed on the next date

of hearing, Director, SKIMS shall remain present in person before this Court.
