The judgment and order of the High Court dated 26.08.2014 directs

for the payment of compensation for the entire 05 Marlas of land as per the

rate fixed in the private negotiation i.e. Rs. 10.95 lacs per kanal.

Shri Sajjad Ashraf, learned counsel appearing for the contemnors

seeks adjournment to inform if the amount of the aforesaid land at the rate

mentioned has been deposited or not.
