COD No. 261/2017:
Vide order dated 22.09.2020, leave to file appeal against the impugned judgment has already been granted.
I have heard learned counsel for the parties on question of condonation of delay and perused the record. There is delay of 152 days in filing of the appeal. Appellant/petitioner has satisfactorily explained the delay. Since objections have not been filed by the respondent, therefore, there is no rebuttal to the same. The application for condonation of delay is allowed and the main appeal is taken on board for consideration.
CRAA No. 09/2018:
Heard learned counsel for the parties. The appeal is admitted to hearing.
List for final hearing on 16th August, 2021.
