This is an application on behalf of applicant no. 1 and 2 seeking

withdrawal of the contempt petition bearing CCP(S) No. 131/2020 on the

ground that during the pendency, the respondents have complied with the

judgment passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 3671/2019 dated 20.12.2019.

For the reasons stated in the application same is allowed and applicant

nos. 1 & 2 are permitted to withdraw the contempt petition.

Contempt is dismissed as withdrawn in so far it relates to applicant

nos. 1 & 2.

Registry to update the cause title of contempt petition accordingly.

List the contempt petition on due date.
