1. The petitioner seeks compliance of order/judgment dated

14.03.2018 in this petition to consider the claim of the petitioner.

2. The respondents in their compliance report submitted that

vide communication dated 19.02.2021, the Director School Education,

Jammu has been asked to issue formal order of appointment of the

petitioner against one vacant post of Teacher. The petitioner however has

not impleaded the Director School Education, Jammu as well as the Chief

Education Officer, Kathua, as party respondents.

3. On the submission of Mr. R.S Jamwal, learned counsel for

the petitioner, the Director School Education, Jammu as well as the Chief

Education Officer, Kathua are impleaded as party respondent Nos. 3 and

4. Registry to incorporate their names in the array of party respondents.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall file amended memo

of parties before the Registry within one week.

5. Notice to newly added respondents. Requisites for the same

within one week.

6. List on 04.10.2021.
