                                   ORDER

The present petition is civil first appeal filed against judgment

and decree dated 31.08.2017 passed by the Court of Additional District

Judge, Doda. The appeal has been filed by the appellant as an indigent

person for seeking leave, granted in terms of order dated 26.12.2017. In the

main appeal, notice had been issued to the respondents for filing statement

of facts/compliance report and reiterated in terms of order dated 25.08.2020.

No compliance report or statement of facts is required to be filed in response

to the appeal. Be that as it is.

None appears for the respondents.
