Notice. Mr. Rajinder Thakur, learned Central
Government Counsel, Ms. Shreya Chauhan, Advocate
and Mr. Navlesh Verma, learned Additional Advocate
General, appear and waive service of notice on behalf of
respondents No.9, 10, 11 and 12, respectively. Replies, as
prayed, be filed by appearing respondents within three
weeks. Issue notice to respondents No.1 to 8 returnable
within three weeks, on taking steps during the course of
the day.

It is contended by the learned counsel for the
petitioners that now the case is fixed for final arguments
on 16.02.2026.
In the interim, it is ordered that the proceedings
in the case may go on, however, the final order shall not
be passed by the learned Trial Court till the next date of

Since the case has been taken up for admission,
therefore, the present application has become infructuous
