By way of present application, applicant/petitioner

has prayed for stay of recovery of Rs.18,995/- and also to grant

him the pay scale of Rs.14,140/- fixed on 01.01.2006.

Keeping in view the peculiar facts of the present

case, it is ordered that only recovery which is to be effected by

the respondents from the applicant/petitioner shall remain stayed

till further orders.
