Advocate General, appears and accepts service of notice on
behalf of the respondents.
2. Reply to the petition be filed within a period of
four weeks.
3. As per the averments made in the writ
petition, the petitioners had been working on the posts of
Lab Attendant/Lab Assistant/Data Entry Operator/Sweeper
with respondent No.3 on daily wage basis/PTA basis since
2004 to 2019.
4. The grievance of the petitioners is that,
pursuant to inter-departmental communication dated
18.12.2025 (Annexure P-2), which was general in nature,
respondent No.3 had disengaged their services without
issuing any prior notice or affording them an opportunity of
being heard.
5. Keeping in view the averments made in the
.
writ petition and further considering that the services of
the persons who have been engaged on PTA basis have
been terminated on the basis of inter-departmental
of communication dated 18.12.2025, in the interim, the
respondents are directed to permit the petitioners to rt discharge their duties on their respective posts, as they
were holding prior to their disengagement, till the next
date of hearing.
6. To come up along with CWP No.1120 of 2026,
titled, Rekha Devi and others vs. State of H.P. and others.
