Notice in the aforesaid terms.

By way of the present application, the

petitioner has prayed for stay of operation of the

notification dated 29.01.2026, whereby the petitioner

who is holding the post of DFO has been transferred from

Jogindernagar to Shimla against a vacant post, with

TTA/JT in the public interest with immediate effect.

Vide notification dated 24.04.2025, the

peitioner was transferred to Jogindernagar against one

Sh. Kamal Bharti. The petitioner has not completed his

normal tenure and there appears no justification to

transfer him within a short span of about ten months.

No doubt, the petitioner is a Class-I Officer,

.

however, keeping in view the fact that no person has

been posted at his place, the operation of notification

dated 29.01.2026 is stayed till the next date of hearing.
