Notice. Mr. L.N.Sharma, learned Additional
Advocate General, accepts service of notice on behalf of the
respondents.
2. Petitioner is presently serving as Lecturer
(Physics) (S.N) at GSSS Thaltukhod, Drang-I, District Mandi,
H.P., stated to be a sub-cadre area. His case is that, on
completion of normal tenure of service at the present place,
he preferred a representation on 29.07.2025 (Annexure P-1)
to respondent No.2, seeking his transfer to a station of choice
Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes
in accordance with the transfer policy. Grievance of the
petitioner is that the aforesaid representation has not been
decided by the respondents till date.

3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner,
this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent
No.2/Competent Authority to consider and decide the
aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with
law and as per applicable notification/policy within a period
of four weeks from today.
r The decision so taken be also
communicated to the petitioner.
Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also
stand disposed of.
