By way of instant application, prayer has been
made on behalf of applicant-Director, Rural Development
Department to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, for
exemption from personal appearance on account of the fact
that applicant has gone to Kerala to attend some national
conference from 25.06.2025 to 28.06.2025. Since date of
aforesaid program was fixed much prior to passing of order
dated 16.06.2025 and presence of applicant is necessary in
aforesaid conference, this Court sees no impediment in
accepting the prayer made on behalf of the applicant and
accordingly the same is allowed. Applicant is exempted from
putting personal appearance for today only, however, he
shall remain present as and when called by the Court.
Application stands disposed of.

Further two weeks' time, as prayed for, is
granted to respondents to file reply/compliance affidavit,
failing which, respondents shall remain present in Court
on the next date of hearing to explain that why property of
the department and salary of erring officials be not
