Counsel for the petitioner for some time, he, prays
for permission to withdraw the instant bail petition
with liberty to file a fresh petition, if so desired.

2. The prayer being innocuous, is not opposed by
Learned State Counsel also.

3. In view of the above, the instant petition is
permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
