2. The instant petition has been filed with a limited

prayer to direct the respondent to consider and decide the

representation Annexure P-1 in a time bound manner in

accordance with the transfer policy of the State.

3. The petitioner is stated to have completed his

normal tenure in hard area i.e. Education Block Chowari,

District Chamba and Education Block Drang-2, District Mandi.
