General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the

respondents.

2. Petitioner seeks higher stage of pay, i.e. Rs.33,400/-, on

completion of two years of regular service as MLT Grade-II in

accordance with notification dated 06.09.2022.

3. Petitioner was appointed as MLT Grade-II on contract

basis in the respondent-department on 26.09.2019 (Annexure P-1).

His services were regularized on 11.05.2022 (Annexure P-2). On

of 2024 titled as Mohit Sharma & Anr. Vs. State of Himachal

Pradesh & Ors. Since, the present petition is covered in view of law

laid down in the said case, therefore, there is no necessity for calling

the reply.

4. This writ petition is accordingly allowed. Respondents are

directed to release the higher stage of pay of Rs.33,400/- to the

petitioner w.e.f. his completing two years of regular service as

Radiographer. This to be done within four weeks from today. Pending

miscellaneous application(s), if any, to also stand disposed of.
