the respondents.

2. Petitioner is serving as Class-IV employee at

GSSS Galanghat, District Sirmour. He preferred a

representation to respondent No.3 on 03.01.2025 (Annexure

P-1) seeking adjustment to a station of his choice in view of

his impending retirement in August, 2026, invoking Clause

5.5 of applicable transfer policy. Petitioner's grievance is that

the aforesaid representation has not been decided till date.

3. Looking to the nature of the grievance raised in

this writ petition, it would in the interest of justice to direct

Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid

representation (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner in accordance

with law and as per applicable policy within a period of three

weeks from today. Ordered accordingly. The order so passed
