General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of

the respondents.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

petitioner's previous representation filed pursuant to

decision rendered in Bhavna vs. State of H.P. & Ors.1, was

rejected by the respondents on 06.06.2024 as at that time

the petitioner had not completed her normal tenure at GSSS

Daraon Deveria, District Sirmour, a rural area.

CWP No.3385 of 2024 decided on 26.04.2024. 1Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as

on date petitioner has completed her normal tenure at the

aforesaid remote rural area, whereafter, she preferred a

representation on 23.02.2025 (Annexure P-1) to respondent

No.2. Petitioner's grievance is that aforesaid representation

has not been decided by respondent No.2/competent

authority till date.

4. Looking to the nature of the grievance raised in

this writ petition, it would in the interest of justice to direct

respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide

the aforesaid representation (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner

in accordance with law and as per applicable policy within a

period of six weeks from today. Ordered accordingly. The

order so passed be also communicated to the petitioner.

The writ petition stands disposed of in the above

terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if

any.
