2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that w.r.t.

the grievances being raised in the present petition, same are

squarely covered by the judgment passed by this Court in

CWPOA No.208 of 2020, titled Durga Ram Vs. HPU & Anr.

a/w connected matters, decided on 18.10.2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that

w.r.t. the grievances being raised in the present petition,

representation dated 20.05.2024 stands made to the concerned

authorities. The same is appended with the present petition as

Annexure P-6. It be ensured that the said representation is

placed before the concerned appropriate authority in the

University, who has to decide the said issue.

Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? YES

4. Learned counsel for the respondent/University submits

that the representation so made by the petitioner, shall be

decided within a period of eight weeks from today.
