LPA Nos. 262, 263, 265, 266, 267, 268, 270, 271, 272,

281, 282, 283, 284, 287, 285 and 286 of 2024.
2. The State had conceded before a learned Single judge in
CWP No. 4976 of 2020, titled as Shweta Chauhan vs. State of
Himachal Pradesh & others, that it would abide by the order passed on
15.06.2023 in CWPOA No. 1660 of 2020, and that the directions be
issued to the appellants to consider and decide the cases of the
respondents as in that case. It ought not to have preferred the instant

appeals when same order dated 15.06.2023 in CWPOA No.1660 of
.
2020 is followed in all the impugned judgments in these LPAs. It
cannot discriminate between the petitioner in CWP No. 4976 of 2020
and the respondents herein.
3. In fact in LPA No. 149 of 2024 filed by the State against
the order dt.29.09.2023 in CWP No. 4976 of 2020 the Division Bench
had recorded that the State had conceded before the Single Judge that it
will consider case of respondent as per judgment dt. 15.06.2023 in
CWPOA No.1660 of 2020 and that there is no illegality, infirmity and
perversity in the impugned order.
4. We, therefore, respectfully follow the judgment dt.
10.06.2024 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA No.149
of 2024 and dismiss all the appeals.
5. All the appeals are accordingly dismissed along with all
pending applications, if any.
