Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

petitioner be permitted to withdraw the writ petition at this

stage, as the petitioner wants to pursue with her application

(Annexure P-12) dated 04.07.2024, moved before the

concerned Labour officer, seeking reference of the dispute to

the learned Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court Shimla.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission, this writ

petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
