Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with respect to

grievances being raised in the present petition an appropriate

representation i.e. Annexure P-11 dated 26.05.2024 stands made to

the department concerned.

2. Learned Additional Advocate General submits that the aforesaid

representation shall be considered and decided within four weeks'

from today.

3. In view of aforesaid submission, present petition is disposed of.

Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand

disposed of.
