2. Petitioner, in the case at hand, is a person with

disability. His initial appointment was made on 15.11.2016 on

contract basis against the quota reserved for a person with

disability. The services of the petitioner were regularized on

15.05.2020. By way of the present petition, the petitioner is

seeking the benefits of law laid down by this Court in CWPOA

No.1077 of 2019, titled Nitin Kumar Vs. State of HP &

anr., decided on 22.08.2022, wherein it has been held that a

person with disabilities is to be appointed on regular basis.

3. In this respect, learned counsel for the petitioner has

further drawn attention of this Court to letter dated 08.09.2023
