Notice. Mr. B.N. Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General,

appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case at hand is

squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in CWP No.2004 of

2017 titled Taj Mohammad and others vs. The State of Himachal Pradesh

and others along-with connected matter, on 03.08.2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that benefits in

view of the aforesaid judgment have been granted to the similarly situated

persons by the respondents/State.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that with respect to

the grievances being raised in the present petition, the petitioner has made an

appropriate representation dated 15.07.2024 to the respondents/concerned
