Learned counsel for the petitioner, on
instructions, states that the instant petition has been
wrongly instituted against the respondent-Parmod
Gautam, who has already expired.
2. In view of the technical flaw as brought to the
notice of this Court, learned counsel for the petitioners,
Mr. Saurav Rattan, on instructions of the petitioners,
prays for withdrawal of the instant Revision Petition.
3. In order to prevent any prejudice to the

petitioners and as prayed by learned counsel for the
petitioners, the instant petition is permitted to be
withdrawn as dismissed with liberty to file afresh, if need
