The instant petition has been filed for grant of following

substantive relief:

"that the respondents may be ordered to take action against respondent No.6 Sh. Subhash in accordance with law, as per the resolution passed by the Gram Panchayat Shilanji as well as in view of the communication dated 7.3.2024, Annexure P-3, by the District Panchayat Officer and fresh report may be ordered to be furnished as per the communication dated 7.3.2024 to the District Panchayat Officer by the concerned Block Development Officer and the process of removal may be initiated immediately.

2 It is not in dispute that pursuant to notice issued by this Court

the official respondents have already taken an appropriate action in the

matter by issuing show cause notice to respondent No.6 under the

provisions of Section 145 of the H.P. Panchayati Raj Act, 1994.

3 Once that be so, the instant petition seeking direction to the

official respondents to initiate inquiry against respondent No.6 in

accordance with law has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as

such.
