Mr. Pushpender Jaswal, Additional Advocate General for respondents/non-applicants.

Learned Counsel for the applicant/petitioner submits that

the amount which was to be deposited by the applicant/

petitioner i.e. the NPS amount of the share of the government,

has been deposited by the petitioner. Now pension is required to

be sanctioned in favour of the petitioner in terms of the

judgment which was passed in his favour. Learned Additional

Advocate General submits that the case be taken up after three

weeks so that he can ascertain this fact.
