2. As prayed for, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the

direction that in the event of the each petitioner filing separate

representation with regard to the issue raised in the Writ Petition

within a period of four weeks from today, the same be decided by the

Competent Authority, in light of the contents therein within a period

of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the representation, by

passing a speaking order in accordance with law. Pending

miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of

accordingly.
