While placing on record communication dated

16.11.2024, issued under the signatures of Director Higher Education,

Himachal Pradesh, learned Additional Advocate General states that

mandate contained in the judgment/order alleged to have been

violated stands duly complied with.

2. Having perused aforesaid communication as well as copy

of office order dated 3.10.2024 enclosed therewith, this Court finds

that in terms of the judgment/order alleged to have been violated, pay

of the petitioners has been re-fixed vide orders dated 3.10.2024 and

24.09.2024 respectively, subject to final outcome of SLP filed by the

respondents-State.

3. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in

the present proceedings and accordingly same are closed. However,

liberty is reserved to the petitioners to get this petition revived in case

financial benefits, if any, in terms of aforesaid compliance are not

released within a period of four weeks. Notices issued to the

respondents are discharged.
