respondents.

2. Petitioner's only grievance is that she has

completed about 5 years' of service as Trained Graduate

Teacher (Arts) at Govt. Middle School Hara Mehta u/c GSSS

Dhakriana, District Solan, H.P., which is a rural/remote area.

She moved representations dated 22.02.2024 (Annexure

P-3), 27.02.2024 (Annexure P-4) and 24.06.2024 (Annexure

P-5), seeking her transfer from her present place of posting.

Petitioner's grievance is that the aforesaid representations

have not been decided by the competent authority.

3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner,

this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondents

/Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid

representations of the petitioner in accordance with law and

as per applicable transfer policy within a period of three

weeks from today. The decision so taken be also

communicated to the petitioner.

Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also

stand disposed of.
