The instant petition has been filed for grant of the

following substantive relief:-

"That the technical evaluation vide Annexure P-5 and P- 6 be set aside and the bid of the petitioner be declared responsive and the respondents be directed to evaluate and open the financial bid of the petitioner".

2. The learned Additional Advocate General, on

instructions, has informed the Court that the work in question

has already been completed. Once the work has been completed,

obviously, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous.

Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

3. Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of as

having been rendered infructuous. However, the disposal of this

writ petition shall not come in the way of the petitioner, in case he

chooses to avail any other remedy, which may be available to him

under law. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
