Petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 92 of 2019,

dated 22.08.20219, registered under Section 22 of Narcotic

Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, at police Station

Damtal, District Kangra, H.P.

Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes

2. Respondent has filed the status report and also

produced the record.

3. Learned Additional Advocate General submits that

out of 19 prosecution witnesses, 8 prosecution witnesses

have already been examined and one witness has been given

up. Learned Additional Advocate General further submits

that out of the remaining 10 prosecution witnesses to be

examined, one is material witness i.e. photographer, whereas

the remaining 9 prosecution witnesses are official witnesses.

He also states that 10 prosecution witnesses have been

summoned for 27th and 30th December, 2024 for recording

statements before the learned Trial Court.

4. In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner

does not press this petition at this stage. The petition is

accordingly dismissed as not pressed.

Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also

stand disposed of.
