Learned counsel for the respondents have placed
on record different office orders passed in respective cases of
the petitioners and on that basis submit that in terms of the
directions issued in CWPOA No. 2343 of 2020 (Vikram
Singh Vs. Himachal Road Transport Corporation) and
connected matters, decided on 09.11.2023, pay of the
petitioners has been re-fixed and their service has been
regularized in accordance with the directions issued in the
judgment. They further submit that the respondent is
bound to comply with the judgment by paying interest on
the amount due to the petitioners @ 6% per annum from
the cut-off date as has already been held in the judgments.
Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes

2. In view of above, learned counsel for the
petitioners submit that these proceedings be closed,
however, petitioners be reserved liberty to file appropriate
proceedings for enforcement of the aforesaid judgment.
Granting such liberty, the contempt proceedings are closed.
Notices issued to the respondents are discharged.
Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also
to stand disposed of.
