By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the

following relief:-

"i) That appropriate order or direction may very kindly be

issued and impugned order dated 30.09.2023 (Annexure

P-1) may very kindly be quashed and set aside, in the interest of law and justice."

2. On 19.04.2024, the Court passed the following order:-

"Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions states that there is a vacancy at GPS Bhat Ka Sayana E/B Rajgarh and respondent be directed to explore the possibility to adjust the petitioner at this station.

Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

Learned Deputy Advocate General submits that the case be taken up after two weeks to enable him to have instructions in this regard."

3. Today, learned Additional Advocate General, on the basis

of instructions given from the Office of Deputy Director, Elementary

Education, District Sirmaur, at Nahan, H.P., states that the

petitioner can be adjusted at Government Primary School, Bhat Ka

Sayana under Education Block Rajgarh, District Sirmour, H.P.

In this view of the statement, this petition is disposed of

with the direction let the petitioner be now adjusted at Government

Primary School, Bhat Ka Sayana, under Education Block Rajgarh,

District Sirmour, H.P., as expeditiously as possible, within a period

of two weeks from today. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any,

also stand disposed of accordingly.
