Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that all

matters inter se parties stand settled. The petitioner i.e. Shivani

Thakur has joined the company of her husband-Gaurab Verma, on

account of settlement of all inter se disputes amongst themselves.

2. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner, does

not want to press the present petition.

3. Accordingly, present petition is dismissed, as not pressed, so

also the pending application(s), if any.
