Mr. Y.P. Sood, learned counsel for the bail petitioner

prays for permission to withdraw the petition, with

liberty to file a fresh petition, if need so arises. The

prayer being innocuous, is not opposed by the learned

State Counsel, and is accordingly granted in the interests

of justice, with liberty as prayed for.

3. In view of the above, the bail petition stands

dismissed, as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
