petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a

detailed representation, praying for grant of benefit to her, in

terms of the law declared by Hon'ble Division Bench of this

Court in CWP No.2274 of 2021, titled as Satya Devi Vs. State

of H.P. and others along-with connected matters, with further

direction to the respondents to decide the representation of the

petitioner, as expeditiously as possible.

3. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with the

direction that in the event of any such representation being filed

within a period of two weeks' from today, let the same be

decided, in accordance with the averments made therein, as

also the judgment, referred to therein, within a period of eight

weeks', as from the date of the receipt thereof.
