Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with respect to

the grievances being raised in the present petition an appropriate

representation stands made to the department concerned. The same

is appended alongwith the present petition, as Annexure P-4.

2. Learned Additional Advocate General submits that the aforesaid

representation shall be considered and decided within four weeks from

today.

3. In view of aforesaid submission, present petition is disposed of.

Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand

disposed of.
