Notice. Mr. Vinod Kumar Gupta, learned counsel, appears and waives
service of notice on behalf of the respondents.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with respect to the
grievances being raised in the present petition, the petitioner has made a
representation dated 17.06.2024 to the concerned quarters. The same is
appended along with the present petition as Annexure P-3.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the representation
so made by the petitioner shall be decided within four weeks from today.
Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes
4. If, on consideration of the representation, it is found that the petitioner
is entitled to monetary emoluments, then the same be paid to the petitioner
on or before 30.12.2024.

5. In view of above terms, present petition stands disposed of, so also,
pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
