Notice. Mr. Raj Kumar Negi, learned Additional

Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on

behalf of the respondents.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

petitioners submits that with respect to the grievances being

raised in the present petition, same are squarely covered by the

judgment delivered by this Court in CWP No. 2004 of 2017 titled

as Taj Mohammad and others vs. The State of H.P. and

others alongwith connected matter, decided on 03.08.2023.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

petitioners submits that the benefits of the aforesaid judgment

have been extended to similar situate individuals.

Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

4. Other than the aforesaid, learned counsel appearing

on behalf of the petitioners submits that an appropriate

representation stands made by the petitioners to the concerned

quarter. The representation so made is appended alongwith the

present petition as Annexure P-2 and is dated 21.05.2024.

5. Learned Additional Advocate General submits that

the same shall be decided within a period of eight weeks from

today.

6. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of, so

also, pending miscellaneous application, if any.
